Payment

Payment Timing	The first month's fee is charged at the time of sign-up. Subsequent charges are billed automatically each month (recurring subscription).

Service Delivery

Account Creation	After payment is confirmed, your account credentials will be sent via email or messaging app within 24 hours as a general rule.
Service Activation	The service is available for use immediately upon receipt of your account credentials.

Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel	Please contact us via the contact form or by email. Billing will stop from the next billing date after your cancellation is processed.
Cancellation Timing	Please notify us at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Example: If your billing date is the 15th of each month, notifying us by the 12th will end the service at month's end.
Refund Policy	Refunds are not provided as a general rule. Exceptions apply in the following cases: Before service delivery begins (if the account has not yet been created) If the service is unavailable due to a cause attributable to us If a critical system failure renders the service unusable for 7 or more consecutive days
Data Retention after Cancellation	Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after Sign-up	A full refund is available if you cancel before account creation — specifically within 24 hours of payment and before receiving your account credentials. Once account credentials have been delivered, cancellation is treated as a standard termination and no pro-rata refund will be issued.

Other Terms

Disclaimer	We are not liable for any data loss occurring during use of the service. Please always maintain your own backups of important data. We are not liable for any damage caused by configuration errors or operational mistakes made by the customer. We are not liable for service outages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, riots, or interference by third parties.
Changes to the Service	Service content and pricing plans may be changed without prior notice to new customers. Existing users will be notified at least 30 days before any changes take effect.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction	Contracts related to this service are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
