• VPN connection logs: Connecting IP address, connection date/time (for security purposes; automatically deleted after 30 days)

• Improving service quality and statistical analysis (after anonymization)

• Payment information: Retained by Stripe (not stored by the Service)
• VPN connection logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Website access logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days
• Support correspondence: Deleted after 2 years

• Data recovery procedures in place in the event of hardware failure
